Broken heart and hurt

Did I say I'm heartbroken?

After being heartbroken you see your life from a total different prospective.

Time to move on. Focus and find my own dreams. It's tough. It's easy to look back, say "why" & "how" that person that you loved and trusted the most could treat you so bad. Even worse lie to you. What I learned from this is: nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes. But if it's a lifestyle it's not a mistake.

In my mind I have tried to ask myself. Can I forgive him?

"You can patch up whatever is broken, but if you are the one who fixed it, you will always know in your heart where the fault lines lays"

BUT...

They say: "What doesn't kill you make you stronger", right?

My blog that was going to be a inspiration has all of the sudden the past month turned into something about the negative sides of life, which is a part of my life right now. But after rain comes the sun, right? So I'm waiting for better times to come. I'm moving on. Focusing my thoughts and life on the future because "those who live in the past limit their future". And I DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT. (Quote from my Yogi tea, which keeps brightening up my days as I move on step by step with my life).

Time to realize who I am and what I want because "without realizing who you are, happiness cannot come to you"

Don't victimize yourself

Feeling sorry for your self? Don't.
Why?
Well sometimes people allow themselves to be "victims". Once again, don't. Focus on positive things instead, like all the wonderful people around you. And do something about your life instead of acting or pretending to be a victim.

"Eat Right for Your Blood Type"

I'm strongly convinced:

"I believe in Eat Right for your Blood Type".

Did you know:

What you can eat -- and how you exercise --  depends on which blood type you belong to. I have blood type A.

I wanted to become a vegetarian as a young teenager. I didn't know anyone who was vegetarian but I had a strong will to become one. But my mother said NO with the argument that I was too young, still growing and needed protein. 2 years later, 14 years old, I finally told my mother that I had decided to become a vegetarian. It was just before Christmas and she was not so happy about my decision. Reason, I did not really enjoy eating meat anymore. Nor did I want to support the terrible and industrial meat production. Today, 11 years later I have never since eaten any meat. I have to say, it was the best decision I have ever made in my life. I feel great: healthy, happy and I believe I'm in the best shape both mentally and physically I possibly can be in.

Yesterday one of my friends sent me a chart with all the blood type, its health risks and what the should eat according to your blood group. I'm A and people having blood type A should eat a veggie base diet! So always follow your heart and your beliefs. No one knows better than you. I strongly believe in this research, that you should eat accordingly to your blood type.

So check out "Eat right for your blood type" and see if it's something that you might feel is right for you too.

I just have to agree on this one myself, very true and also very wise said. You learn this from experience.
