Tea Time


Swap green tea for white tea
 as it contains even more active nutrients & is the richest in antioxidants.


White tea is loaded with the antioxidant called "polyphenols", which helps prevent free radical cell damage. 
Make sure not to steep your tea with boiling hot water as it kills the antioxidants. Let the tea water cool first.
